Responsible for all system functional testing, upgrades, diagnostics and repairs for the streetcar. Performs programming of programmable microprocessor based equipment.
Responsibilities
  1. System level functional testing
  2. Equipment and software revision verification
  3. Performs inspections of finalized equipment and prepares all associated documents
  4. Trucks system testing and inspections
  5. Diagnostic and repair of complex failures
  6. Perform software upgrades when required
  7. Final assembly inspections and documentation
  8. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
Requirements and Skills
  1. Good communication, reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  2. Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery.
  3. Be knowlegable of the use of basic test equipment; meters, scopes, wiring continuity, megger and hig
  4. General computer knowledge for troubleshooting and reporting
  5. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds required
